Note the classically taught history findings are not that sensitive, actually.

 

BOTTOM LINE: 

Keep in mind these are each sign/symptom taken individually, so as you add up or cross off a bunch of these, you start to build a case.  

Just make sure you don’t let the lack of one symptom (e.g. tearing pain) knock an aneurysm/dissection completely off your differential.
